Clark Houston Dominates Final Night and Claims Championship

Anderson After a unusual season the Southeast Super Trucks headed back to Tri-County Speedway for the final time on Championship Night. With lots of cancellations due to rain, fuel and tire shortages the drivers and staff were ready to put this season behind them. However this night would conclude the final race of the tenth anniversary of the series. Points leader Clark Houston claimed the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award. Marty Ward would start the first feature race off in the top spot with Josh Goble on his outside, the City Chevrolet Pace Truck dove onto pit road and the green flag waved over the field.  The first caution flew just two laps in, as the #65 of Goble looped it around in turn four. Ward led the field back to the green flag this time with Houston on his outside. Houston was able to pull ahead of the #3 of Ward and took off. Anderson The SEST Limited Late Models headed to Tri-County Speedway for the final race of the season, the points battles were very tight between as six points separated first through fifth. Canipe who picked up his first win of the season came into the night as the points leader. Canipe also claimed the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award and would start the first race in fifth after the invert. This now set TJ Lollis and Chris Phipps on the front row. Lollis who picked up a win at Tri-County earlier this season quickly set sail and pulled away from the field, the battle for third place was taking shape as Canipe and Eugene Norton were battling it out. Neal Dulin Sweeps Both Wins And Clinches the Championship

Anderson ​ As the young talented drivers entered into the final event of the season, the championship was down to the wire between the points leader Kaleb Bradley and Neal Dulin. Dulin who was only 92 points back, but was not counted out of contention. As the team’s unloaded at Tri-County Speedway for the final time of the season, everyone was serious and ready to do battle. The green flag fell on the first twin race for the Bandolero’s, Dulin took off for the first part of the race, he did not have any worries until around the half way mark. The Bradley brothers began to turn the heat up as they both made a move around the #79 of Dulin. However Neal Dulin had other plan’s as he powered back around the brother’s and retook the lead and went on to capture the first race win.  The second feature, Dulin was in full control of the race after he regained the lead away from Olivia Murray. John Gallman Wins at Wake County Speedway

Anderson The SEST Limited Late Model’s made their debut at “Americas Favorite Bullring” Wake County Speedway in Raleigh, North Carolina on August 28th. With a lot of the teams suffering from flooding’s in North and South Carolina and some having to work after the storms it was a condensed version. The small quarter mile speedway would prove to be very fast very quick for the drivers. In the first afternoon practice round, it was Fallston, North Carolina’s DJ Canipe who topped the speed charts in his Dwight Huffman Racing #29. Bub Haney climbed his way to the top of the final afternoon practice. Qualifying was up next, and it would be Fountain Inn, SC driver of John Gallman who capture the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award with a time of 13.401. The race was cut back to 50 laps due to car count, however the fans in attendance were still in for a treat as our drivers would not disappoint. The field lined ...

Anderson The Southeast Legends & Bandolero Tour traveled East to Wake County Speedway for the first time ever in the series history. The first afternoon practice it was Raleigh, North Carolina’s Phoenyx Kimball who topped the speed charts, she was followed by Jacob Bradley, Kaleb Bradley, Brody Marinko, and Hunter Morgan. The second and final practice round it was once again Phoenyx who was on top of the board, this time Kaleb, Olivia Murray, Brody Marinko, and Neal Dulin rounded out the top five. ​ Phoenyx would go on and capture the Southeast Bandolero Tour Pole Award, as the field lined up on the track to kick everything off for the Southeast Super Truck Series debut night at the quarter-mile bullring. Anderson ​ The Southeast Super Trucks made the return to Anderson Motor Speedway for the second time on August 7th. After rain came in and cancelled the remaining events scheduled that night, the series decided to carry over the Truck race to August 7th and Twin 50 lap races. Double Aught Injury Lawyers came on board as the event sponsor, and Jeff Caldwell with Jeff’s Auto Sales LLC and Bradleigh Robinson with Honey Hush Boutique put up $600 towards the drivers as a added bonus if they could win both nights. The drivers took to the track for the first twin race, all with anticipation to be back in action. Anderson The SEST Limited Late Models were more than eager to return to the track, after their last race was rained out. They made the trek down to Anderson Motor Speedway on August 7th. It was a long and hot and hot day down in the Upstate of South Carolina. The drivers all made their way on to the track to get their race kicked off. TJ Lollis inherited the pole award after the invert, John Gallman would start on the outside. The green flag waved high, and everyone took off for the 75 lap feature. Lollis lead the first lap, however Gallman was just waiting for the bottom line to come open so he could run his race. Gallman ducked in the tire tracks of the #50 of Lollis and made his move, he drove to the inside and up to the door.
