Clark Houston Dominates Final Night and Claims Championship

Anderson After a unusual season the Southeast Super Trucks headed back to Tri-County Speedway for the final time on Championship Night. With lots of cancellations due to rain, fuel and tire shortages the drivers and staff were ready to put this season behind them. However this night would conclude the final race of the tenth anniversary of the series. Points leader Clark Houston claimed the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award. Marty Ward would start the first feature race off in the top spot with Josh Goble on his outside, the City Chevrolet Pace Truck dove onto pit road and the green flag waved over the field.  The first caution flew just two laps in, as the #65 of Goble looped it around in turn four. Ward led the field back to the green flag this time with Houston on his outside. Houston was able to pull ahead of the #3 of Ward and took off. Canipe and Nesbitt Split Victories While Canipe Makes it Back-to-Back Championships

Anderson The SEST Limited Late Models headed to Tri-County Speedway for the final race of the season, the points battles were very tight between as six points separated first through fifth. Canipe who picked up his first win of the season came into the night as the points leader. Canipe also claimed the Renegade Race Fuels Pole Award and would start the first race in fifth after the invert. This now set TJ Lollis and Chris Phipps on the front row. Lollis who picked up a win at Tri-County earlier this season quickly set sail and pulled away from the field, the battle for third place was taking shape as Canipe and Eugene Norton were battling it out. Neal Dulin Sweeps Both Wins And Clinches the Championship

Anderson ​ As the young talented drivers entered into the final event of the season, the championship was down to the wire between the points leader Kaleb Bradley and Neal Dulin. Dulin who was only 92 points back, but was not counted out of contention. As the team’s unloaded at Tri-County Speedway for the final time of the season, everyone was serious and ready to do battle. The green flag fell on the first twin race for the Bandolero’s, Dulin took off for the first part of the race, he did not have any worries until around the half way mark. The Bradley brothers began to turn the heat up as they both made a move around the #79 of Dulin. However Neal Dulin had other plan’s as he powered back around the brother’s and retook the lead and went on to capture the first race win.  The second feature, Dulin was in full control of the race after he regained the lead away from Olivia Murray.
